Owner and Winemaker Jessica Saurwein produces just five barrels of her gorgeous Pinot Noir. Nom stands for nombulelo ("gratitude" in the Xhosa language) and Nomkhubulwane (a forgotten African goddess of agriculture).  Situated at 700m altitude, near Villiersdorp, the Kaaimansgat Vineyard is a place where gratitude is instilled and tales appear.
